Personal Touch Property Management provides management services for single family, town home, and condominium associations.

We provide management services only, as providing maintenance, grounds or other services we believe would be a conflict of interest.

We are not affiliated with any contractors and will work with existing contractors or at the discretion of the board will request competitive bids to find a new contractor(s).

The purpose of each homeowners association is to enhance and maintain the values of the homes within the community. The Board members play the largest role in this success. By a working relationship with each homeowners association vendor this can be achieved. Boards of Directors has our focus to make this a pleasurable experience for all, while serving the community.
